This guide walks you through what the Swag Store includes, how it works, and how employees can start shopping.

What’s Included in Your Compt Swag Store

Here’s what you and your employees can expect:

Bestsellers Shop: Pre-stocked with company-branded swag items.
Your Logo: Automatically pulled from the web (can be swapped anytime for a high-res PNG or SVG version).
Simple Checkout: Employees purchase using a credit card and ship directly to their doors.
Flexible Customization: Turn off items you don’t want or request specific new items to be added

Optional Swag Stipend

Want to make it even easier for employees to get company swag?

You have two ways to cover swag purchases:

Create a dedicated stipend just for swag
Add the “Company Swag” category to an existing stipend

Both options allow employees to submit their swag purchases for reimbursement while keeping tracking and reporting simple.

How to Launch Your Swag Store

Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or support@compt.io– we'll work with you to create your store.
Review Your Logo & Items – make sure your logo looks correct and that the listed items are the ones you want to offer.
Announce to Employees – let employees know they can access your Swag Store through the link or by clicking on the Company Swag tab on the left side bar when accessing their Compt account.
