Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to create a PerkSpot account?
No account creation is required, logging in through Compt grants automatic access to PerkSpot.
Is this connected to my stipends or reimbursements?
No. Discounts are separate from stipends and business expenses. Think of them as bonus savings on top of your existing Compt program.
- Using a discount from PerkSpot does not impact your stipend balances or eligibility rules in Compt
- Compt does not read or process transactions directly from PerkSpot
- You can use all of the PerkSpot discount categories, even if they are are not included in your company’s stipend or business expense program.
Can I Request Reimbursement for a Purchase Made Using a PerkSpot Discount?
- You must still submit a receipt through your company’s standard reimbursement process in Compt
