Accessing Employee Discounts in Compt
Overview
Compt has partnered with PerkSpot to give you easy access to thousands of everyday discounts with no extra accounts, no extra passwords, and no hassle. If you can log into Compt, you are already in. 🎉
Through this partnership, employees can explore discounts across 25+ categories, including travel, electronics, food, entertainment, and more.
How It Works
Accessing discounts through Compt is simple.
- Log in to Compt
- Click the Discounts tab in the left sidebar
- Browse featured deals or click Explore Deals to filter and search across categories
Once you open the Discounts tab, you will be taken directly into the PerkSpot marketplace where you can start browsing immediately.

Through Compt’s partnership with PerkSpot, you can explore discounts across a wide range of categories, making it easy to find savings on things you already use and love.

Types of Discounts
Discounts may be offered in a few different ways, depending on the retailer:
- Coupon codes to apply at checkout
- Direct links to partner stores
- Purchases completed directly within the PerkSpot platform
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to create a PerkSpot account?
No. Account creation is not required. Logging into Compt automatically grants you access to PerkSpot.
Is this connected to my stipends or reimbursements?
No. Discounts are separate from stipends and reimbursements. Think of them as bonus savings on top of your existing Compt program.
Using PerkSpot discounts does not:
- Impact your stipend balances
- Affect eligibility rules in your company’s program
- Allow Compt to read or process transactions from PerkSpot
You can browse and use all PerkSpot discount categories, even if those categories are not included in your company’s stipend or reimbursement program.
Can I request reimbursement for a purchase made using a PerkSpot discount?
Yes, but the standard reimbursement rules still apply.
To request reimbursement:
- Submit a receipt through your normal claim process in Compt
- Your claim will be reviewed according to your company’s program guidelines
Using a discount does not automatically make a purchase eligible for reimbursement.
How do I access Discounts?
Simply log in to Compt and click the Discounts tab in the left sidebar. You will be taken directly into the PerkSpot deals marketplace. No separate login is required.
I am not located in the US. Why do I see prices in USD?
PerkSpot displays prices and discounts in USD by default, regardless of employee location. However, you will only see deals that are available in your specific region.
