Inviting Team Members (Company Administrators)

You have the flexibility of auto-inviting employees to join Compt when they are added to the team list or manually adding them.


Manual Invitations

1. Click on the Team tab in Compt

2. Click the Checkmark next to the name(s) of the employees that you would like to invite.

(If you would like to invite everyone on the list, click the checkbox next to the Name column. If you have over 100 employees make sure to click the Select all X team members option to ensure all team members get the invite as shown below.)

3. Click the green Actions button

4. Click Send Invitation

Invitations will be delivered to employees within a few minutes of clicking the Send Invitation button. Employees have 5 days to access the link before it expires. If their invitation needs to be re-sent, you can follow the same steps above to re-send a new invitation. If you select an employee that shows "Active" as their status and you click Send Invitation, they will not receive an invitation. 


Auto-Invitations

1. Click on the Company Settings Tab

2. Click Edit under New Hire Invitation Settings

3. Review the details of the feature, and click Automatically send invites to eligible new hires

4. Click  Save Changes

If you are a new customer, we do not recommend activating this feature until after your launch date. If employees are auto-invited before your launch date, they will not have access to any stipend details.
