Integrating Slack (Company Administrators)
With our Slack integration, you and your team can do the following:
- Check stipend balances within Slack
- Claim perks right within Slack
- Set notifications to inform you of balances and new stipends in Slack
- Share their purchases with everyone in your company’s new “howicompt” Slack channel
To integrate with Slack:
- Navigate to the Stipend Admin then Company Settings Tab
- Scroll to the Slack Integration section then select Add to Slack
- Select your workspace on the following screen and click Allow
Once you integrate Slack, your team members will need to individually integrate Slack to access the functionality. Click here for instructions on how they add Compt.
If you want to create a Team Recognition stipend, you can create a custom Slack channel (if applicable) to display recognition messages once it has been launched.
The steps to complete this are as follows:
- Right-click on the channel.
- Click View Channel Details.
- Click on Intergrations.
- Add Compt as an app.
