Giving Team Recognition Bonuses

When you're ready to recognize a team member with a bonus, click the Team Recognition Tab. Then click Give Recognition and fill in the details. You can give any amount you want to any number of teammates at a time as long it stays within your available balance. If your company has specified an amount, the set dollar amount will populate under the Amount To Give Per Person drop-down. Then, input why you're recognizing them in the message to share section. It'll be shared in your company's activity feed and Slack if your team has your Compt Slack integration. 

Activity Feed

On the same Team Recognition tab, scroll down the page and see the recognition activity feed! Here's where you can see the entire company feed of bonuses that have been given and, more specifically, any bonuses you've received or given.

Email Notifications

When you are recognized and given funds, you will receive an email telling you what you were recognized for. This information will also be displayed on the Activity Feed on the Team Recognition page in Compt.
