Compt: Compt 101 - Employees
Welcome to Compt. Compt is a reimbursement platform that allows Employees to use employer-funded stipends for eligible expenses. To get started, watch the introductory video and demo below to learn how to navigate Compt and submit a claim for reimbursement.

OVERVIEW
Compt helps Employees access and use company-provided stipends. A stipend is a set amount of money your company provides for eligible expenses, such as wellness, professional development, family support, or other approved categories.
Your My Stipends page shows your available stipends, eligible categories, remaining balances, and any expiration dates tied to those funds.

BEFORE YOU START
Before using Compt, make sure:
- You have access to your Compt account
- You can log into the platform
- You can access the My Stipends page
- You know which stipend you want to use
- You have a receipt if you are ready to submit a claim
Receipts must show vendor, date, and total.
Unused funds may expire based on employer policy.
HOW TO
To get started with Compt:
- Walk through the platform here.
- Log into Compt.
- Go to My Stipends.
- Review your available stipends, eligible categories, balances, and expiration dates.
- Submit a claim when you are ready to request reimbursement for an eligible expense.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
After you submit a claim, it enters claim review based on your company’s approval process.
If approved, reimbursement is processed through payroll. For exact timing, Employees should check the FAQ tab in Compt for company-specific details.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If you cannot log into Compt:
- Confirm you are using the correct email address
- Check whether your company has invited you to Compt
- Contact your HR or People Operations team if you need access
If you cannot find your stipends:
- Go to My Stipends
- Confirm your company has assigned a stipend to you
- Check whether the stipend has expired
- Contact your HR or People Operations team if you believe a stipend is missing
If you are unsure whether an expense is eligible:
- Review the eligible categories in Compt
- Review the stipend description
- Check the FAQ tab in Compt
