Integrating Sapling with Compt (Company Administrators)
Setting up the Sapling + Compt API Integration
Reach out to your Customer Success Manager or support@compt.io to have the Sapling Integration turned on for your Compt account. After the feature has been added by the Compt Customer Success team, follow the below steps:
- Go to Stipend admin then the Company settings tab in Compt
- Scroll down to the Sapling Settings section and enter your company API Key and Sapling URL
- The status will initially read as Not Set, but once the sync goes through it will so as Healthy
- Click Edit additional settings to specify that field to be used for the Employee ID in Compt.
- Access the Company settings tab in Compt.
- Click Edit API Field Mapping under the Sapling Settings section.
- Select the fields you would like to map over to your Compt Team List.
(If you do not see a Compt field that you would like added or if you need a custom field added, please reach out to support@compt.io to have the field created)
- Once the fields are mapped you can trigger the sync manually or wait for the sync to happen automatically (within the hour). You can view the status of the integration on the Company Settings Tab under the Sapling Settings section.
