How To Edit A Claim (Employees)
As employees make use of their provided stipends, they may sometimes need to make edits to correct newly-submitted claims. While a claim is in the Open status, meaning an admin has not begun the review process, the employee can view their expenses from the Activity tab, and can edit any in the Open status.
1. Click the Stipend activity Tab.
2. For any expense that is in Open status, click on the three dots next to the expense and click edit.
Note: If an expense needs to be edited, and is in the Approved Status, it will need to be edited directly by your HR/People Operations Team. If an expense is in Processed or Rejected status, it can no longer be edited.
From here, you can modify the category, stipend, date, vendor, description, or amount. Be sure to save any changes you make with the Submit button.
