Your HR or People Operations team creates customized benefit programs in Compt, giving you the flexibility to choose the perks and expenses that matter most to you.

How Compt Works

Depending on your company’s program, you may receive one or more stipends with a set budget that renews on a:

• Monthly basis

• Quarterly basis

• Yearly basis

You can use this budget to purchase eligible items or services, then submit a receipt in Compt for reimbursement.

Once your HR or People team reviews and approves the claim, the reimbursement will be included in a future paycheck.

Your Company’s Benefits Program

Each company configures Compt differently. Your organization decides:

• Which stipends are available

• What categories or expenses are eligible

• How often stipend funds renew

• Who approves submitted claims

Some companies may also transition existing benefits into Compt, so certain perks you previously used may now be submitted through the platform.
