With Compt, your HR or People Operations team can create fully customized programs for you, all using a flexible expense reimbursement model.
Depending on your specific program, you may receive one or more stipends with a budget for the month, quarter, or year. You can easily submit receipts for eligible expenses against this budget, and once reviewed and approved by your HR/People team, the expenses will be reimbursed on a subsequent paycheck.
